Hey there,
Ever click on an offer, get distracted, and then completely forget to come back? Click retargeting uses that small signal of interest, a link click, to trigger a short follow-up sequence while the intent is still fresh.
Take a moment to see how a simple flow can turn warm curiosity into a clean purchase decision.

📧 Cold Email Tip of the Day
Use Industry Benchmarks as Conversation Starters
What This Means: Instead of opening with “we’re great,” open with where similar teams typically stand: average conversion rates, show-up rates, response times, or cost ranges. Use those benchmarks as a mirror for them to compare themselves against.
Why It Works: Leaders are curious about where they stand. When you say, “Teams your size usually see X–Y% on (metric),” you capture their attention, because everyone wants to know if they’re ahead, behind, or just average. That curiosity can be enough to earn a reply or a quick call.
How To Use It This Week: Drop a line like: “Across B2B teams your size, we usually see demo show rates in the 60–70% range. Curious where you’re landing today.” Follow with, “If useful, happy to share a quick breakdown of what pushes teams into the 80s.” Now you have a data-based reason to talk.

Click Retargeting Turns Warm Interest Into Sales 🔁

Retargeting emails helped Stacked Marketer triple its paid membership revenue during a promotion. They sent targeted follow-ups, then ramped up urgency at the end.
Upside: Build one click-based flow for each offer in your promo calendar. Example: If a reader clicks a course link, send two follow-ups within 48 hours. Stop the sequence when they buy or stop engaging.
Impact: Higher send frequency drove more sales, even with a few complaints. Use engagement metrics like click-to-open rate and conversions to spot winning angles. Trim non-responders, and your promotion stays loud for the right people.

Cold Outreach That Funds Freedom And Feeds Puppies 🐶

I built a business through cold outreach and sold my first startup in 2019. I’ve learned that most people don’t fear outreach itself; they fear rejection and being seen as a spammer. They overthink every line, wait for the perfect timing, or hide behind “referrals” because it feels safer.
Upside: Start with one clear problem your buyer faces right now. Write a short note that links that problem to one specific outcome. For example, I might reference a new role they’re hiring for and connect it to a practical next step that helps them move faster or avoid a common mistake.
Impact: Outreach stops feeling like spam when it delivers real value quickly. It also gives founders a steadier path than referrals alone. When you tie it to purpose and giving, it becomes part of the brand, not just a growth tactic.

Cold email still works, but only if you bring discipline and real targeting. I built Email Outreach Company by treating outreach as a simple connection, not a gimmick. In 2024, I scaled a newsletter from 5,000 to 250,000 subscribers by sticking to fundamentals and showing up consistently.
Upside: I focus on 2-5% improvements across the whole system. Tighten the ICP. Clean the lists. Protect deliverability by using more inboxes. Then write messages tied to real triggers, such as new hires, leadership changes, or fresh priorities, so your timing makes sense.
Impact: For me, success is about becoming my best self across work and life. I journal at night, protect my sleep, and stay active because that’s what keeps me sharp and steady. I’ve learned that hard exits, even when they hurt, can become the biggest growth engine if you choose to let them.

My Last $.02
When you follow up based on clicks, you are talking to people who have already raised their hand, which makes promotions feel less like noise and more like a helpful nudge. A little more frequency can lift sales quickly, but trimming non-responders and tracking conversions keeps you loud for the right readers and quiet for everyone else.
The best promos do not shout at the whole list; they pay attention to the people leaning in.
Until next time, happy emailing!
